Our School About Us Photo
Established in 1995, Weston Christian Academy serves students of Christian families from 4-year-old kindergarten through the 8th grade. Our commitment to Christian education has earned us the accreditation with the Association of Christian Schools International. Weston Christian Academy is Bible based, academically challenging, and focuses on developing the whole child.

Facilities

Weston Christian Academy utilizes the beautiful facilities of First Baptist Church at Weston, located on a five-acre campus in the heart of Weston. In addition to classrooms that easily accommodate our low student-teacher ratio, the students enjoy the use of specialty rooms such as art, library and computer lab. The church's Worship Center converts to a full-sized indoor basketball court/gymnasium and school cafeteria, as well as having a large stage ideal for student performances and awards ceremonies.

Accreditations

Weston Christian Academy is fully accredited by both the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). SACS has the highest standards and is dedicated to the improvement of education in our region. ACSI is the foremost Christian accrediting agency and member organization, and strives to equip schools for greater effectiveness in educating children with the mind of Christ.

Letter From Principal

Julia Elliott

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”
John 14:6

Dear Parents,

I hope that each of you have had the opportunity to spend some time together as a family and enjoy each other over the summer. Know that as we continue to prepare for a new school year, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am excited at what God is doing at WCA. God is truly enriching our school with the addition of new faculty/staff members and students. I am confident that the Lord will continue to bless WCA and that the level of education our students receive, both academically and spiritually, will continue to advance.

As we are preparing for the new school year, we are looking forward to what God has in store for us this year. As you may have noticed, the construction process for the new school building has started. Over the summer, rooms 230 and 250 were remodeled to give our middle school students a special space of their own. We are also looking forward to implementing a new math curriculum in the elementary classrooms.

If you have a student in the elementary school, please make plans to attend WCA’s Elementary School Orientation, which will be at 6:30 p.m., August 15th in the gym. We are requesting that all parents of new elementary school students attend. The Elementary School Orientation will provide parents with an opportunity to meet their child’s teachers, and to become familiar with classroom policies and procedures.

The Middle School Orientation will be held on August 14th at 6:30 p.m. in the gym. We are requesting that all parents and middle school students attend this orientation. Parents and students will have an opportunity to meet their teachers, to become more familiar with middle school policies and procedures, as well as to become more informed about some of the challenges you may face parenting middle school aged children.

In Christ,

Julia Elliott
School Administrator/Principal
